Where to get a hair and scalp assessment in Petaling Jaya
You can get a hair and scalp assessment at NPM Malaysia, F-137A, Level 1, The Starling Mall, Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya. Assessments run every day from 11am to 4pm by appointment; book online or on WhatsApp, and we measure your thinning area with an instrument before we quote.
What happens at the assessment
We look at your hair and scalp and listen to what bothers you. We measure the thinning area with an instrument, because the price is set by the area. Then we tell you the actual price on the spot, with no hidden charges. Photos or scans are only taken with your consent.
We also check suitability. Not every scalp is suitable for Simulation & Stimulation (拟发生发), and if yours is not, we tell you directly instead of pushing. The assessment takes place in an open area, so you can bring family or friends; if you prefer privacy, ask for a private room. After the assessment you can go home and think it over. Not buying is completely fine.

The treatment we assess you for
Simulation & Stimulation is one session of 3–4 hours. Simulation gives a fuller look the same day, and Stimulation helps support healthier-looking hair and a better scalp environment. It is not a hair transplant, not a shampoo and not a home product.
